Elena’s practice explores the tangible and fine line between art, movement, science, technology and religion.
Her process is both scientifically orientated and intuitively driven. She is fascinated with the relationship between light, reflection and shadow, investigating how altered perception changes our perspective. Intrigued by the distorted images and natural science, she draws us into a world of seeing sound and touching space using various mediums.
Elena graduated with a Masters Degree from Plovdiv Agricultural University with Distinction and settled in London where she worked for Whole Foods before her course veered towards the arts and she soon embarked on Postgraduate course in Fine Art. She graduated with Merit in MA Fine Art from Bath School of Art and Design in 2016.
